Problem: Activation code has not arrived to my email.
Solution: Wait 15 to 30 minutes and check your recycle bin. If the code does not arrive, contact us.
Question: Can I change my account's name?
Answer: We do not offer this feature at the moment.
Question: Can I change my email or password?
Answer: At the moment this (essential) feature does not exist. We are going to implement such features to account management later.
Question: I have forgotten my password, what can I do?
Answer: Order password recovery code Here. (it works as password changing feature for now)
Question: I want my account to be deleted, can it be done?
Answer: This feature also does not exist yet. Currently if you wish your account to be deleted you need to contact our support via email.
